A fortnightly Shopify ops rhythm that actually sticks (themes, integrations, retention)
A lightweight operating cadence for small e-commerce teams: what to review every two weeks so performance, integrations, and messaging do not silently regress.
Big-bang projects fail quietly after launch
The storefront gets new apps. A scenario changes. A collection experiment ships. Nobody notices until revenue dips or support blows up.
A fortnightly rhythm is enough to catch drift without turning your team into full-time “website committee”.
Session 1 — Storefront truth (30–45 minutes)

Session 3 — Retention comms sanity (20–30 minutes)
Review:
- weekly promotional touch counts,
- unsubscribe/spam complaint signals,
- and whether transactional comms match fulfilment reality.

Not a hundred tasks — three decisions:
- what we ship next,
- what we stop doing,
- what we monitor more closely.
