Cross-border shoppers tolerate cost — they do not tolerate surprise. If your PDP says “free shipping” but duties are ambiguous, you earn disputes and DMs, not loyalty.
Put the truth where people look

Tie comms channels together
If WhatsApp promises a timeline the site does not support, you lose trust. Coordinate: Omnisend + WhatsApp.
SEO: do not create doorway pages
Avoid thin “shipping to every country” pages unless they truly help navigation. Prefer strong hub pages and clean internal linking — collection SEO.
